Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing to work with us. These terms outline our commitment to delivering exceptional web, digital, and graphic design services while ensuring clarity and mutual respect.

1. Scope of Services

We will provide the specific design services outlined in your project proposal or Statement of Work. This includes agreed deliverables such as website design, branding, UI/UX, graphics, and related digital assets. Any items not explicitly listed (e.g., copywriting, photography, hosting, or ongoing maintenance) are excluded.

2. Project Timeline & Process

•  Projects follow a structured process: discovery, concepts, revisions, and final delivery.

•  We commit to realistic timelines agreed upon upfront.

•  You agree to provide timely feedback (typically within 5 business days) to keep the project on track. Delays in feedback may extend deadlines.

3. Revisions

Your package includes 2–3 rounds of revisions per phase. Additional revisions or major scope changes will be quoted separately at our hourly rate.

4. Payment Terms

•  Depending on the project, a 50% deposit is required to begin work. Some projects require 100% payment before work begins.

•  For deposits, remaining payments are due at project milestones or upon final delivery.

•  Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly fee. 3 late payments will result in work suspension.

•  All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

5. Intellectual Property & Ownership

You receive full usage rights and ownership of the final deliverables upon receipt of full payment. Until then, all rights remain with us. We reserve the right to showcase the project in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Approvals & Deliverables

You are responsible for final approvals at each stage. Final files will be delivered in the agreed formats. Source files are available upon request (additional fee may apply).

7. Warranties & Liability

We warrant that our work is original and performed to a professional standard. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the project. We are not responsible for business outcomes (e.g., sales or traffic) resulting from the design.

8. Termination & Cancellation

Either party may terminate the project with written notice. You will be invoiced for all work completed up to the termination date. A kill fee may apply for cancellations after work begins.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep sensitive project information confidential.

10. General

•  We operate as an independent contractor.

•  These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Texas, USA

•  Any changes must be agreed in writing.
